of Money as a present to the Forces, late in the pay and Service of
this Province and taken into his Majestys Service by Brigadier
General Forbes and find that they have distributed the said Sum of
Money to the Several Claimants under the said Act, except the sum
of £70-2...6 which they have not been called upon for and which
is due to the following Persons, Viz'

Your Committee likewise Observe that of the Said fifteen hundred
Pounds the sum of five hundred and Ninety three Pounds Sixteen
Shillings was paid to Lieut Coll.o Dagworthy on Account of himself
and the Officers and private Men of his Company as appears by his
Receipt which includes an Obligation to distribute the said sum so
received in such just and due proportions as by the Said Act is
directed and likewise to deliver or Cause to be delivered to the Said
Agents true and genuine Receipts from each man for his respective
proportion received and to return the respective proportions of such
men as shall have Deserted before the time of the General distribution,
& the Agents inform your Committee that the said Lieu.th Coll.o
Dagworthy hath not hitherto delivered to them any such Receipts
for the said Money of the Distribution thereof.
All which is Submitted to the Consideration of the Hon.ble House
