M.r Ringgold from the Conferees brings in and delivers to Mr
Speaker the following Report (Vizt)
Maryland sst
Novr 9,th 1763.

At a meeting of the Conferees appointed by the both Houses of
Assembly

were present

The hon.ble Daniel Dulany Eeqr of the Upper house

The hon.ble John Ridout Esqr
Mr Murdock Mr Allen

M.r Graham Mr Hanson
of the Lower house
Mr Johnson Mr Key

M.r HalI Mr Ringgold
The hon,ble Daniel Dulany Esq.r chosen Chairman & Robert Couden
their Clerk
Whereupon it was proposed by the Conferees of the Upper house
that the Salaries of the Inspectors and all Charges attending In-
spection be Settled in Tobacco from money at 12/6 p Cent, and
then the same be payable in the following Species of Money (Vizt)

Which proposition was received by the Conferrees of the Lower
house in Order to Report and lay it before their House, the Con-
ference thereupon adjourned.


The Conferees met again according to Adjournment, and the
Conferees of the Lower house acquaint the Conferees of the Upper
