Justice, doth agree to all, except the first 2.d and last; and Ordered
that a Message be prepared & Sent to the Upper house on the
Subject matter of those amendments; and that M.r Ringgold Mr
Johnson and Mr J. Hall do prepare & bring in the Same.

The house Adjourns till the Morrow Morning at 9, of the Clock

The house met according to Adjournment &c.a

On Consideration of the Message of yesterday afternoon from
the Upper House by Benedict Calvert Esq.r the question was put
that this house do agree to confer with such Members as shall be
appointed by the Upper house on the Subject matter, contained in
the Said Message.

Resolved in the Affirmative

The house appointed Mr Murdock, M.r Ringgold, Mr Grahame
Mr Allen M.r Hall, Mr Johnson, Mr Key & Mr Hanson Conferees
from this house; & Ordered that a Message be f ortwith prepared &
Sent to the Upper House to acquaint their Honours therewith.

The following Message
By the Lower house of Assembly 9.th Nov,r 1763.
May it please your Honours.

In Answer to your Message of yetserday by Ben.ct Calvert Esq.r
this house doth agree to Confer with your honours on the Subject
Matter therein proposed; and in Order thereto hath appointed Mr
Murdock Mr Ringgold Mr Grahame Mr Allen Mr J. Hall Mr Johnson
Mr Key, & Mr Hanson as Conferees from this house who will be
ready to join such Members as shall be appointed by your House for
that purpose.
