and restraining horse rangers within this Province and to. redress
the great Evil accruing to this Province by the Multiplicity of Useless
horses Mares and Colts that run in the Woods

for the Gauge of Barrels for Pork beef pitch Tar Turpentine and
tare of Barrels for Flour or Bread
An Ingrossed Bill Ent.d a Supplementary Act to the Act for the
relief of Creditors & to prevent frauds and deceits occasioned by
Secret Sales & Mortgages and Gifts of goods & Chattels
And an Ingrossed Bill Ent.d An Act to aid the proceedings of the
Vestry of S.t Stephens parish in Caecil County were Severally read
and Assented to. and Sent to the Upper house with the paper bills, by
Mr Thomas & M.r Chaille
On Motion leave given to bring in a bill for the Adjournment of
Baltimore County; Ordered that Mr Ringgold do prepare and bring
in a bill accordingly,
Mr Ringgold Brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker, a bill Ent.d
an Act for the Adjournment of Baltimore County Court; which was
read the first & Second time by especial Order, & will pass;
And was Sent to the Upper house by M.r Ringgold & Mr J. Hall.

In Answer to yours of the 29,th we adhere to our proposal of
Closing the Inspection on the last day of July, which is amongst the
Number of those agreed to by you, altho' you Seem to recommend
the 20.th of July as a more Convenient time, but we can by no means
be of that Opinion as it would greatly Interfere with .the Business
of Farming in many parts of the Province
We are clearly of Opinion that the leaving out the Seventy Second
and seven following Sections and the One hundred and thirty Eighth
would put it in the power of Artful and Designing Creditors to take
