Town at Elk Ridge Landing Referred to the Lower House & Sent
by Col.o Lloyd, The following Message by Mess.rs Dulaney &
D. Steuart By the Lower House of Assembly 17.th April 1762

This House have appointed M.r Worthington M.r Dulaney and
Doct.r Steuart to join Richard Lee Esqr from your House for the
Purposes mentioned in your Message of the 15th Instant [condition
of public buildings]

tituled an Act for raising two pence Sterling for Every Hogshead
