His Excellency having recommended it to us to appoint a Com-
mittee of Both Houses to join such members as may be appointed
to Inspect the Publick Buildings in order that such repairs may be
made as shall be thought necessary we have there upon nominated
Rich.d Lee Esq.r to join such Members as you shall appoint for that
purpose
