Where upon it was proposed by the Conferees of the Upper House,
that the Salaries of the Inspectors and all charges attending Inspec-
tion be Settled in Tobacco from Money at 12/6 p Cent, and then
the Same be payable in the following Species of Money viz.t

Those who may discharge Tobacco with Money by the present
Inspection Law, in every Case may discharge Tobacco in any of
the above Species of Money according to the above rate or pro-
portion
Which Proposition was received by the Conferees of the Lower
House in Order to report and lay it before this House, the Confer-
ence there upon Adjourned, the Conferees met again according to
Adjournment, and the Conferees of the Lower House, acquaint the
Conferees of the Upper House, that the above proposition having
been Reported to and layed before their House, the same hath been
agreed to
Whereupon the Conference Ends,

Read the second time the Bill for the speedy Recovery of Small
Debts out of Court before One Justice of the Peace, and with the
following Amendments will pass, in the fourth Line of the Last Page
after the word Plea, insert the following words Viz.th in the Said
Court after the Word Void in the 11th Line of the same Page insert
the following Provisoes
Provided always that in Case Either Plantif or Defendant shall
think Him or Herself aggrieved by the Determination of any Maj-
estrate He or She shall be at Liberty to appeal to the next County
Court before the Justices thereof who are hereby upon the Petition
