An Act continuing an Act entituled an Act for destroying of
Crows and Squirrels in particular Counties
An Act to Enable James Hollyday legal Representative of James
Hollyday Esqr deceased late Treasurer of Eastern Shore to draw
Bills for Money therein mentioned
An Act to impower the Justices of Somerset and Worcester County
to Levy on the Taxable Inhabitants of Coventry Parish partly in
Somerset and Worcester Countys the quantity of Sixty two thousand
four hundred Pounds of Tobacco for the Uses therein mentioned
An Act continuing an Act entituled an Act for Repairing the
Publick Roads in this Province

An Act continuing an Act entituled an Act for the more effectual
destroying red Foxes in the Counties of Kent & Queen Anns &
Talbot & for destroying of Squirrels & Crows in the said Counties
An Act continuing an Act entituled an Act for the relief of Such
Persons as cannot find Surety for their appearance to Testify as a
Witness against any Person arrested accused or prosecuted for any
Criminal matter
An Act for erecting a Publick Warehouse at Vienna Town Dor-
chester County, Severally thus Endorsed.
