the more effectual Punishment of certain Offenders, and for taking
from them the Benefit of Clergy;

tional supplementary Act to the Act, entituled, An Act relating to
Servants and Slaves;

A Bill, entituled, An Act continuing an Act, entituled, An Act
relating to Guardians and Orphans;

tional and explanatory Act to the Act, entituled, An Act impowering
the Commissioners of the County Courts to levy and raise Tobacco,
to defray the necessary Charges of their Counties and Parishes;

enable the several and respective County Clerks within this Prov-

the more effectual destroying Crows and Squirrels in the Counties
of Kent, Queen-Anne's and Talbot, and for destroying Red Foxes
in the said Counties;

to make it Penal to forge or counterfeit the Bills of Credit of Vir-
ginia, Pennsylvania, New-York, East and West Jerseys, or the
Three Lower Counties on Delaware, called New-Castle, Kent and
Sussex, or to utter or tender the same in Payment, within this
Province, knowing them to be such.

A Bill, entituled, An Act to impower the Justices of Somerset and
Worcester Counties to levy on the taxable Inhabitants of Coventry
Parish, partly in Somerset and Worcester Counties, the Quantity
of 62,400 lbs. of Tobacco, for the Uses therein mentioned;

Were severally Read the second Time, and will Pass; and were
sent to the Upper House by Mr. Dulany and Mr. Hanson.

The House adjourns till Monday Morning 9 of the Clock.
