     Henry Hudson defendant
       The plt as Admrx of Edmund Burton sues the defendant in a plea
     tht hee render unto her Seauen Thowsand Fiue hundred Seauenty
     fowre pounds of tobacco which hee Oweth her and unjustly doth
     detaine &c
       The plt informes the Court that whereas her late husband Edmund
     Burton of whose Goods and Chattles she is Admx Obtain'd in his
     life time an Attachmt out of this Céurt agt the Estate of the defendt
     by uertue of which she cannot Attach any of his Goods or Chattles
     being of noe force or Validity to her wherefore she prayes a Con-
     tinuance of the said Attachmt to her as Admrx aforesaid Which is
     granted

     Henry Hyde Nico Bead & Caluert p def
       Dorothy his wife defendants
       The Complainant preferrs his Bill in Chancery agst the defendants
       Ordered the defendts doe put in theire Answere to the Comptt
     Bill of Complaint within tenn dayes


       John Bayley petitioneth the Court that whereas hee is arrested
     to this Court att the suite of Reymond Staplefort, and for that the
     said Reymd Staplefort when the petr was out of the prouince did by
     uertue of an Attachmt procure into his hands seuerall papers and
     Accompts of the petrs wch was left in the hands of One Thomas How
     from whome they were taken by Richd Collett gent late sherriffe
     of Caluert County and not yet return'd to tlf petr whereby he is dis-
     arm'd from defending himself e agt the the suite of the said Reymond
     Staplefort the said papers hauing relaeon to the same, Wherefore
     Ordred that the sherriff doe deliuer unto the said John Bayley the
     sd papers soe taken by him upon the said Attachmt

       The deft Still alleadging that his papers are out of his possession
     wth which hee must defend himselfe agt the plaintiffe It is Ordered
     that the defendt haue time untill next Court to put in his plea, and
     further Ordered That the defendt doe remaine in the sherriffs Cus-
     tody untill hee shall put in Security for his appearance att the next
     Prouinall Court and to stand to and abide the Judgmt of the said
     Court in all suites depending between the plt and the said Bayley
