Liber FF finde the said Marmaduke Snow Justly Endebted unto the said John
Foxhall seauen hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco and Caske and
[p. 236] that the said John Foxhall Ought to deliuer to the said Marmaduke
Snow (if not allready done) Fower Empty Butts and three empty
quarter Caske and two sider tubbs all borrowed of the said Marma-
duke Snow by him the said John Foxhall, all of them to be in as
good Condicon as when they were lent Giuen undt Our handes and
seales the 29th day of March 1666 Robt Slye (seald)
To the Honble the Gouernor and Councell Tho: Nottley (seald)
in Prouinall Court These Prsent
Ordered uppon the Report aforegoeing of Mr Robert Slye and
Mr Thomas Nottley Auditors in accompts betweene John Foxhall plt
and Marmaduke Snow Defendt now deliuered into Court, be Entred
for Judgment
To the Honble the Gouernor & Councell of the Prouince of Maryland
The humble pee of John Nuthall Sheweth
That Bulmer Mittford late of St Marys County deceased in his
life time was oweing & endebted unto yor petr in the sume of One
thowsand two hundred pounds of tobacco and Caske to be paid unto
yor pett at or before the tenth day of Octobr last past, as by Bill
undr the said Mittfords hand (relacone thereunto had) more fully
and at large appeareth
Yor pett therefore humbly prayeth Ordr agst Fortune Mittford
Executrix of the aforesaid Bulmer Mittford for the abouesd sume
of 1200 lb tob: and Caske and he shall pray &
(p. 237] Know all men by these prsents That I Bulmer Mitford am oweing
and endebted unto John Nuthall in the sume of One thowsand two
hundred pounds of good sound and merchantable tobacco and Caske
free from ground lea fes and trash tobacco to be paid to the said
John Nuthall or his Cértaine Attorney his Executors Administrators
or Assignes at upon or before the 10th day of October next coming
after the date hereof att some Conuenient place in St Marys County
to which paymt to be well and truely made and done I binde my selfe
my heires my Executors and Administrators and euery of us firmely
by these prsents, In wittnes whereof I haue hereunto sett my hand
the third day of July anno domini 1665
