the same be due by bill bond Booke aecompt or by any Other waies Liber FF
or meanes howsoever Or for any matter on cause whatsoever And
also for me and in my name and steed to Call to accompt and nec-
coning for all Such debts on any wniteings touching the same the
said executrs on admrs or any of the said pson on psons And to take
receive and place the same accompts and Debts as he my Said attorney
shall think fitt giveing and by these presents Granting unto my Said
attorney my full power good Right and lawfull authority in the
pnemisses the said executors or admrs on any of the said pson Or psons
there goods on Chattells to sue arrest atatch declare impleade Con-
demne and imprison and Out of prison againe to deliver on cause to [p. 587]
be delivered and also to make any Composission touching the pnem-
isses And after the receipt thereof Or Composission made as a fore-
said accquittances or Other lawfull discharges for the same so received
or compounded for me and in my name and Steed to make Seale and
deliver as my act and deed Attorney also Or Attorneyes One Or
more under him to make and substitute and the same againe at plea-
sure to revocke and generally to doe execute per forme fullfill and
finish a!! and whatsoever shall be needfull On nessessary to be done
in On aboute the pnemisses in as lang and ample manner and fonme
as if I wane personably present on the doen thereof rattifying con-
firming and allowing all and whatsoever my Said attorney shall doe
cause or procure to be don in the pnemisses by virtue of these presents
to be as good and effectuall in the Law as if I had done the same in
