260 Provincial Court Proceedings, 1667—68.
Liber FF and for ever hereafter shall be and Continue free and Cleare and
freely and Clearely Acquitt exonerate and discharged of and from
all and singulen former and Other bargines Sales Gifts grants Leases
Rents arreareages of Rents Rent Charges on incumbrances whatso-
ever had made comitted or done or to be had made Comitted on done
by the said William Marloe his heires executors administrators or
assignes or any of them theme or any of theme meanes titles or
procurements (The Rents and services which from henceforth shall
be due or payable to the cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees for
and in respect of his on theme Signiony or signories a!wayes Excepted
and foreprised) And the said William Marloe doth for himself c his
heires executors and administrators Covenant promise and agree to
and with the said William Rule his heires and assignes that he the
said Rule his heires and assignes shall and may for ever after the
date of these presents have hold use Occupy and injoy the said Land
peaceably and quiettly without any lett Suite trouble or evicon of

alsoe receive perceive and take the rents issues and profitts thereof

thereto advise Provided it be within the space of seaven yeares and

of the one party and Hugh Hopwell of putuxon of the other party
