              Before the Honble Philip Caluert Esp Chancellot: william Smyth of
              St Marys County Innholder and acknowledged himselfe to Owe to
              the Lord Proprietary of this Prouince twenty Fiue pounds Sterling
              And Daniel Clocker of the said place Carpenter and acknowledged
              to Owe to the said Lord Propr Twenty flue pounds of like mony to
              be made & leauyed of theire Goods and Chattles lands & tenements
              to the use of the said Lord Propt undr the Condicons following,
              (uizt) that the said wm Smyth shall make his personall appearance
              att the next Prouinciall Court to be holden att St Marys on the 10th
              day of Decembr next then and there to Answer to such things as
              shall be Objected agt him, in the meane time that he shall be of the
              good behauiour towards the said Ld Propt and all other the people
