     the Southermost bound tree of the said Skinners land & running for
     bredth from the sayd oke South South east downe the creeke two
     hundred perches bounded on the Sowth by a line drawne East North
     East for length one hundred & sixty pches on the East by a line
     drawne west from the End of the East North east line two hundred
     Pches to the land of the sd Skinner on the North by Skinnrs line on the
     west by the creeke conteyning & now layd out for Two hundred acres
