     Roger Birtch deft defendt then hauing time giuen to this Court
     Jenifer p quer to proue sattisfaccon made to the bill sued for
     Boughton p defendt by the plt: The defendt againe alleadging that
     hee had not time to suthons his wittnesses for prouing his said plea
     Wherefore againe Ordered that the defendt haue time till next Court
     to proue sattis faccon to the sd Debt and that Capt Luke Gardner
     James Edmonds and Samuell Dobson be to the next Prouinall Court
     Subpoened to testifye on behalfe of the deft

     agt the Estate of James Jolly at suite of Wm Moffett the Attorney
     of Richard Allen, thus endorced
