     Perrys howse and that the said Perry doe take Care to finde & pro-
     uide him wth all necessary accomodacons as meate drinke lodging
     Washing and Cloathing during his stay or abode in his the said

     Francis Swinfen plt The plt sues the deft in an acëon of tress
     Tho: Paggett defendtfpass and Ejectment—The defendt saith noeth-
     Morecroft p quer ing in barre of the Accon, Therefore Ordered
     Jenifer p defendt Judgmt by Nihil dicit pass agt the defendt
     and that the plt be restored to his former Estate of the sd land

     deliuered in Court by the Attorney Generll agt Christopher Andrews
     which Indictmt is as followeth
      Let it be Enquired for the Rigt Honble the Lord Proprietary [p. 428]
     whether that Christopr Andrews late of Petuxent in Caluert County
