              his heires Executot8 Admrs Factors Servts or assignes Att or in Mary-
              land aforesd where hee or they shall thincke fitt & appoynt wthin half e
              a myle of the water side franck & free of & from all & all mañer
              of charges & paymts whatsoeü The full & Just quantity of one
              hundd twenty & flue thousand pounds weight nett of good and
              ihchantable virga tobacco well & truely sufficiently packed in good &
              sufficient cask on the last day of March next comeing after the date

              & thing herein conteyned shall be utterly void & of none Effect Or
              else the same shall stand & be in full force & verture, And the sd
              Humphry Warren for himself e his heires Execrs & Admrs & for eüy

              maner of charges & paymts there as aforesd The Full & Just Quan-
              tity of one hundred twenty & flue thousand pounds weight nett of
              good & thchantable Virginia Tobaccoe well & sufficiently packed in
              good & sufficient Caske as aforesd on the sd last day of March next
              comeing after the date hereof according to the Tenore & Effect of
              the Provisoe aforesd without any Fraud Couen Deceipt or Delay in
