able the upper & Lower Houses of the Assembly at this Time
convened.
The Petition of the Vestry and Inhabitants of Prince Georges
Parish in Frederic & Prince Georges Counties Humbly Sheweth ?
That the Parishioners residing upon and in the Neighborhood of a
branch of Patuxent commonly called Hawlings River, are in the
greatest want of a Chapel of Ease
This Petition therefore most humbly prayeth that his Excellency
& the Honble the upper & Lower Houses of Assembly would be
graciously pleased to pass an Act to impower the County Courts of
Frederic and Prince George Counties to levy upon the Taxable
