by the Authority aforesaid that the Chappell now standing between
Conegochege and Antietum shall be from the end of this present
Session of Assembly and shall be deemed, Reputed and taken to be
the Parish Church of All Souls Parish aforesaid, any Law usage or
Custom to the Contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding And
that the Freeholders of All-Souls Parish aforesaid at a Certain day to
be by them after the end of this Session appointed shall have full
and ample Power to Elect and Chose Six Vestrymen and two
Church Wardens, and the same to alter and renew at such times and
in Such Manner as the Laws of this Province do in Like case Direct
And that the said Vestrymen and Church Wardens shall be Invested
with the same powers, Privilidges and Authorityes as Vestrymen
and Church Wardens of other Parishes within this Province are
Vested with

An Act for Dividing All Saints Parish in Frederick County and
for erecting a Chappel of Ease there into a Parish Church

The Petition of Sundry Inhabitants of the Parish of All-Saints

respective Neighbourhoods.
