For defraying the Expences whereof, your Committee give it as
their Opinion, that all the Lands, Goods, and Chattels, belonging to
the Free-School in the several Counties within this Province, be
sold; the said Schools being in their Judgment but of small Ad-
vantage in the Education of Youth: The Money arising from such
Sale it is supposed will be sufficient.
And your Committee are of Opinion, that the annual Expences
of supporting the said College, so as to give the Masters proper
Encouragement, will amount to, as appears by the following
