dered, That Mr. Hanson, Mr. Charles Goldsborough, and Mr. Hyn-
son, be a Committee to enquire into the Facts set forth in the said
Petition.

Mr. Wilson, and Mr. Sulivane, do bring in a Bill for the Purposes
mentioned in the said Petition.

Mr. Hanson brings in the following Report.
By the Committee appointed to enquire into the Truth of the
Facts set forth in the Petition of Mr. James Hollyday.
Your Committee, in Obedience to the Directions of the House,
have examined into the several Facts set forth in the said Petition,
and find the same to be true.
All which is humbly submitted to the Consideration of the Hon-
ourable House.
