In Pursuance of the Resolution of the foregoing Question :
Ordered, That Col. Tilghman, Mr. Murdock, Mr. Matthew
Tilghman, Mr. Carroll, Mr. Goldsborough, and Mr. Williamson,
do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.
On Motion, the Question was put, Whether it shall be given as
an Instruction to the Committee appointed for drawing the Bill,
entituled, An Act for his Majesty's Service, and for the Protection
of the Back Inhabitants of this Province, That the Destination of
the Forces, to be raised by such Bill, be in the same Manner as
was mentioned in the Bill, entituled, An Act for his Majesty's
Service, and the more immediate Defence and Security of this
Province, or Not? Resolved in the Affirmative.
