Ordered, That an Address be prepared to Request his Excellency,
to direct a Prosecution against the School-Master complained of in
the said Report. And,
That Mr. Hammond, Mr. Carroll, and Mr. Murdock, do prepare
and bring in an Address accordingly.

Mr. Carroll brings in and delivers to Mr. Speaker, a Bill, entituled,
An Act for the more immediate Defence and Security of the In-
habitants on the Western Frontier of this Province; which was
Read the first and second Time by an especial Order, and will Pass ;
and was sent to the Upper House by Col. Henry and Mr. Carroll.
On Motion, the Question was put, Whether this House will allow
any Account against the Public, for Articles furnished the Companies,
of Militia, in Baltimore, Kent, and Cecil Counties, at the Time of
the Alarm in November, 1755, or Not? Resolved in the Affirmative.
