	to the Commissioners of the Loan-Office for the Time being; and shall account with and pay to the Commissioners of the Loan-Office, from Time to Time, all such Sums of Money as they shall receive by Virtue of this Act, retaining to his and their own Use a Com- mission of Ten Pounds per Cent, and no more. 	And be it further Enacted, That if any Naval-Officer, Sheriff, Under-Sheriff, or Constable, shall be sued or prosecuted for any Thing done by them in Pursuance of this Act, he or they may plead the General Issue, and give the special Matter in Evidence, for his or their Justification.	[General Issue to be pleaded.]
	This Act to continue and be in Force for Three Years, and to the End of the next Session of Assembly which shall happen after the said Three Years.	[Continua- tion.]
