called, and all appeared as Yesterday except Mr. Olldham. The
Proceedings were Read.

On Reading the Second Time, the Bill, entituled, An Act for
Reducing the Allowances of the Members of the Upper and Lower
Houses of Assembly, the Question was put, That Amendments be
made to the said Bill ? Resolved in the Affirmative.
