were called, and all appeared as Yesterday, except Philip Hammond,
Esquire The Proceedings were Read.
On Progression in Reading the Bill, entituled, An Act for granting
a Supply of £20,000, &c. the Question was put, Whether the Penalty
on an Assessor (elected or appointed) for Refusing or making
Default to act, shall be Ten Pounds, or Twenty Pounds, Current
Money? Resolved, That the Penalty be Twenty Pounds Current
Money.
