following Message, viz.t
Gentlemen of the Lower House of Assembly,
Inclosed are some Provision-Rolls that Captain Delashmutt and
Captain Moses Chapline put into my Hands, and desired me to lay
before you.

Which was Read, and Ordered to lie on the Table.
Mr. Dorsey, Mr. Rasin, and Mr. Sudler, have Leave to be absent.
