recruiting his Majesty's Royal American Regiment, as is not ex-
pended to be laid out by the said James Maccubbin and James
Johnson as a present Provision for the quartering such of his Maj-
esty's Forces as are expected to come to the City of Annapolis for
Winter Quarters, a regular and clear Account of the Disposition
of which Money the said James Maccubbin, and James Johnson
are hereby directed to lay before the Assembly at their next Meeting.
