Money not exceeding in the whole the Sum of £50 : payable to such
Person or Persons as he shall think fit, and the said Agents are
hereby directed and required to pay all such Orders as aforesaid
drawn, the Governor or Commander in Chief for the time being
expressing in such Order, the particular Use or Purpose for which
the same, is, are, or shall be drawn.

This House met again according to Adjournment

Present as Yesterday,
Messieurs Frazer and Jenifer, attend with M.r Gantt a Member
elected for Prince Georges County, in the Room of M.r John Haw-
kins deceased, in Order to see him qualified, who takes the several
Oaths to the Government appointed to be taken by Act of Act of
Assembly, repeats and subscribes the Abjuration and Test, and then
withdraw

Read the Petition of the Rector, and Vestrymen of S.t Georges
Parish in Baltimore, and of the Inhabitants of the said Parish pray-
ing that the Sum of 500. £ may be levied on the taxable Inhabitants
of the said Parish, towards building a Church in the said Parish,
rejected.
Read the Petition of the Inhabitants of Baltimore Town, and
other the Inhabitants of Baltimore County, praying an Addition
may be made to the said Town, referred to the Consideration of the
Lower House of Assembly and sent by Benedict Calvert Esq.r
