  The sd wickes doe not Act in Judicatur Vntell he hath Answerd Liber B
  the Action

    Mr Thomas Hill by his Atturny mr Carlien hath sued mr Tho
  Warde vpon Account which hath Appeard vnto The Court to be
  Dew vnto the sd mr Hill one hundred And Twenty lb of Tobacco &
 Caske:     which The Court hath orderd That The sd mr Ward Make
  prseflt payment elc Execution with Court Chargis:

    mr Warde haueing sued mr Hill in account And hath made
  Appeare Dew vnto him 55 lb Tobacco & Caske which The Court
  hath orderd That prsent payment be made with Court Chargis elc
  execution/

    The Depossetion of Ann Hinson Aged 43 or There Abouts sworne
  sayeth: That About som 4 Mounths since or There Abouts yor
  Deponant did say To Mr Wickes That now he would be questioned
  Concerning his Child And he Then Replied That he should Then
  know his Accusar And yor Deponant sd That it would be Mr Ring-
  gold: And if it be soe when he hath Dunn Ill begin with him Con-
  cerning Theift for his stealing A hogg from Veleros as he heard
  That mr Morgon should say was giuen vnto his wiffe/

    Mr Tho: South sworne sayeth That he hath heard mr Wickes
  say: That he would question Mr Ringgold ether for stealing a hogg
  or elc for ellegally Taking away one from Valleros/
                                    Tho:  South:

    John Salter sworne saith: That at A Court som time before Chris-
  mas last yor Deponant was ptsent when mr Ringgold sayed it was
  not fiting Any whore Master should sett at Table There: And Capt
  Wickes replied it was better be a whore Master Then A Theife
  as he was/                      Jo:Salters

    That he yor Deponant was at Bever Necke somtime sudenly After
  Andrew Hanson Dyed: And Valleros being Aloen Desierd yor Depo-
  nant to speack to his father That he would Take The sow Againe
  That he had bought of his father for he Thought That he should
  not haue Tobacco enough to pay all his Debts elc: which if he would
  Take her he intended to goe to Mannathos: And Then it may be
  he might haue A lettell to Carry with him: for he Did not Afect
