  five hundred acres of Land scituate lying & being in Pocomoke river Liber B No. 1
  in the County of Somersett aforesd Contained in three pattents vizt,
  one for three hundred acres called by the name of Greenefeild An
  other for one hundred acres called by the name of Middle; both bear
  ing date the twentyeth day of July in the year of Or Lord one thou
  sand Six hundred Sixty eight; & one other for one hundred acres
  called by the name of the exchange bearing date the second day of
  Augst in the Same year, with all & singuler the appurtenances proffitts
  Commodities & emolumts whatsoever thereto in any wise belonging
  or appertayning I doe hereby Likewise Covenant promise & agree to [ p. 149]
  doe pforme & execute at any time hereafter such further Act or acts
  deed or Deeds fur the further settling & assuring the prmisses to the
  Sd Thomas Walker as he the Sd Thomas Walker or his heires shall
  lawfully demand; And further to warrt & defend all & singuler the
  premisses against me or my heires, & the Claime of my wife Martha
  Jones or any other person or persons Claiming by from or under me
  or my heires, to the Sd Thomas Walker & his heires or assignes In
  Wittnes whereof I haue hereto sett my hand & scale the Ninth day
  of November in the year of Or Lord God one thousand Six hundred

  in the province of Maryland mentioned in A deed bearing date the
  Ninth day of November last past before the date hereof; Doe hereby
  these presents Authorize our Loving frind mr James Weedon for
  us & in or Names to acknowledge approue ratifle & Confirme in
  open Cort to the Said Tho: Walker his heires & assignes forever or
