  appeared & Craved a nonsute by reason there was noe Declaracon
  Fyled agst him; Charles Rattliffe p!t appeared not by himselfe nor
  attorney whereupon the Courte granted A nonsute

       28th day of Jane 1667
    Jeffery Minsha!l withdrewe his accon of the Case agst Robt Dorman

       28tIh day of Janr 1667
    James Davis withdrewe his accon of Debt agst John Allen

  At A Courte held for Somersett Countie the 28th Day of January
              A° D° 1667 Comrs present vizt;

    mr James Jones         mr Henry Boston
    mr John Winder         mr George Johnson

    Whereas Edward Dickenson prfferred a peticon agst James Davis
  alledging that there was foure hundred & eighteene pounds of to
  bacco with Caske Due to him; they both appeare in Courte the plt not
  proving his Declaracon the Deft Craved a Nonsute whereupon the
  Courte ordered A nonsute

  At A Courte helld for the Countie of Somersett the 28 day of
          January A° D° 1667 Comrs present, vizt

    Capta William Thorne   mr John Windmr James Jones                 mr George Johnson

    Whereas Mathew Armstrong & Stephen Bond prefferred a peticon
  against Henry Boston alledging that there was tobacco due to them
