 At A Courte helid for the Countie of Sommersett the 24th day of Liber B No. 1
           September A° D° 1667 Comrs present vizt;

                 Capta William Thorne
                 Mr John Winder
                 Mr Henry Boston
                 Mr George Johnson
    Whereas William Canneday prferred a peticon agst Richard
   Whitte Complayning that Richard Whitte had sold him Anne Fissher
   A maid servant for fifthteene months & that the said servant was
   gonne from him & had served but three Months therefore desireth
   an order soe that Richard Whitte may pforme his bargaine The
   Courte resserved the hearing of this Cause to the Next Courte And
   ordered that Thomas Walley be subpd for a wittnes to the Next
   Courte in the Cause Now depending
        24th September 1667
    I Richard Whitte doth assigne all my right & title of An Fisher
   unto William Canneday In wittnes thereof I haue hereunto sett my
   hand this 28th May 1667 Signed by Richard Whitty

        Edward Southrin

    Soulld unto John Rouse the services of a maid or woman servant
   named Ane Fisher          Signed Samuell Groom
 11 day 12 month 1663

    I under written doe assigne over unto Richard Whitte this within
 specified servis of Ane Fisher for the tearme of two yeares & eight
 Months & some od dayes as wittnes my hand this day of february
   1664                   Signed John Rouse his mWittnes Tho: Hodgis

    Whereas there is two Causes depending in this Courte the one an
   accon of Debt the other an accon of the Case betweene Jn° Anderson
   plantf & Charles Ballard deft they both appeared & desired a respite
   to the Next Courte whereupon the Courte doth order that their
   Causes be heard the Next Courte but if in case the deft Cannot be
   here & that he sendeth the plant: word in Due time then to be ref ered
