  Thomas Shieles pay forthwith unto the said John Haynes his Corne Liber B No. 1
  & Clothes according to Act of Assembly with charges otherwise
  execucon

  At A Courte held the 26th March 1667 for the Lountie of Sommersett
     in the Province of Maryland Comrs Present vizt
                   Mr William Stevens
        Capt: William Thorne    m1 Henry Boston
        mr John WindermT George Johnson

    The Grand Jury of enquest being agreed upon their prsentmts ap
  peared before the Courte & prsented Alce Basset for having a bastard
  child as alsoe Elyzabeth Johnson for having a bastard child, Where
  upon the Courte ordered that Alce Easset & Elyzabeth Johnson be
  summoned to the Next Courte And that the Grand Jury of Enquest
  be dissmist

       26th March 1667
    I Jinkin Price doe affirme in open Courte being aboute the age of
  fifty yeares tht I being present when James Jolley & Randall Revell
  made a bargaine aboute a Caske of Rum wch the said Revell said was
  A hogshead & alsoe James Jolley, & was to be paid by a bill of Walter
  Taylor

  At A Courte held the 26th March 1667 for the Countie of Sommersett
    In the Province of Maryland Comrs Present, vizt;
                   Mr William Stevens
        Capt William Thorne     mr Henry Boston
        mr John Windermr George Johnson
    Itt is ordered that every man shall Marke out & Cleare his owne
  Land (excepting where bridges are Judged Needfull) for A High
  waye by the direccon of the surveyors

    To All people to whome these presents shall come Wee German [p. 56]
  Gillet of Accomacke in the Collony of virginia & Sarah his wife send
  greeting Knowe Yee that wee German Gillet & Sarah his wife for
  a valluable Consideracon allready recd before the sigening sealing &
  deliuery hereof haue granted alliened bargained soulid & Confirmed:
  & by these prsents doe grante bargaine sell & Confirme unto James
  J olley of Pocomoke in the Collony of virga all tht one part or parcell
  of Land Called Coleharbor Lyeing & being on the easterne shore in
  a Certaine river there called Pocomoke on the South side of the said
  river & bounded as Fott beginning at a marked oake standing south
  south west & running along the said river by a Line drawne North
  Northeast one hundred twenty flue peerches for bredth to a marked
  oake & running a Line into the woods South Southeast from the said
  oake to a marked pine three hundred & twenty peerches for length,
