            No. 2 John Cooke    In a plea: of Trespass upon Case:
                 The plat Declares for Three hundred and Thirty Pounds of To
               bacoe for Accomadation: The Courtt hath Ordred tht the Sheriffe
               pay the debt Defft Not apeareing

                 The Flat Declares for foure hundred pounds of tobacoe the Deift
               Not Appeareing the Courtt hath Granted an Order agst the sheriffe

                 Jonath Hopkinson pettc to this Courtt for seauen hundred and
               Fifty Sixe pounds of Tobacoe Due by Accompt from the estate of
               Jn° Macdon deceased The Courtt hath ordred that Jonath Hopkinson
               be paid Seauen hundred and fifty sixe pounds of tobacoe out of the
               estate of Jn° Macdon deceased:
