   ent Payment of Eight hundred and thirty Pounds of Tobacoe unto No.2
   Thomas Vaughan with Cost of Suit:

     The Plat Henry Whartton Declares for Fiue hundred and Sixtie
   Pounds of Tobacoe Due by Accompt from the Deft The Deffendt
   Thomas Vaughan Conifeseth his Debt The Courtt hath ordred that
  Tho: Vaughan Make Present payment of Fiue hundred and sixtie
   pounds of Tobacoe unto Henry Whartt With Cost of Suit:

   Jn° Richardson Plat In a Plea of Debt The Plat Declares for Nine [p. —]
   J n° Decent Defft hundred forty Nine Pounds of Tobacoe Due
   by Bill The Defendt Jn° Decent Plead Nonest factum The Plat Not
   Proueing his Debt the Courtt hath ordred the Deift a Non suit:

   John Jackson Plat The Plat Declares for Twelue hundred
   Trustrum Thomas Defft Pounds of Tobacoe which The Deft
   Trustrum Thomas did assume to Pay the Plat for The use of Petter
   Whaples Late of this County and that Petter Whaples had Sould
   the said Trustrum a horse Because he should Make the Flat Good Pay
     The Last Courtt the Deffendants Plea Nonassumsett in Mannot
   and forme as the Plat had Declared The Plat this Courtt Craues a
   Jury to Try theire Case the Courtt hath ordred a Jury Be Somoned
   and Impannelled

     you Shall Well and Truly try the Suit Now depending Between
   John Jackson Flat and Trustrum Thomas deft According to Law
   and Euedence Without fauor or Affection Mallise or hattred Soe
   helpe you God:

   a Nonsuit with Cost agst the Flat John Jackson:
