    John Newman Brought his Sarvant James Willson to haue Judgmt Liber BB
  of this Courtt for his time the Courtt hath Ordred the said James No.2
  to Serue Seaven yeare:

    The Courtt hath Ordred that the Clarke Issue out warrant to Each
  Cunstable in this County for to take a List of the Names of all Such
  persons as hath the Keeping of any Orphants Estates within theire
  Respectiue hundreds and to Retorne the said Lists to the Next Courtt
  held for this County:

  Rich Bowen Plat The Flat not Apearing Nor any Attorny
  Francis Whitwell Defft for him the Court hath Ordred that the
                  Defft haue a Non suite with Cost
  Giles Butter Plat                                 —    [p. —]
         Declaracon Read
  N ich: Hackett Deff
    Talbott County ss:
    Giles Butter of this County Complaineth against Nich: Hackett of
  the same County in an Action of Case for that the Sayd Stood In
  debted to Johnath Hopkinson of this County the Suth of Three hun
  dred pounds of Tobacoe and for the more Speedy Payment thereof
  the said N ich: did Uouenant & agree with the said Giles that In con
  sideration of Seaven hundred Pounds of Tobacoe the Said Giles
  Emediatly paid unto the said Nich: he would pay for the said Giles
  Three hundred pounds of Tobacoe to the Said Jonath and to dis
  charge him from the said debt and to pay unto John Emerson fore
  hundred pounds of Tobacoe for his use yett Notwithstanding the
  said Nich: his Promiss and and Asumtion little Waing but fraudi
  lently Intending to deceue the said Giles of the said sum of Tobacoe
  the Same unto the said Jonath for the said Giles haith Not Payd But
  hath hietherto Reffëd to pay the same where by the said Giles hath
  Suffered great damage by being troubled for the said debt by the
  unjust dealeing of the Said Nich: and therefore he Bringeth his
  Suit & prayeth Judgmt agst the said Nich: with damage and Cost of
  suite and he Shall pray

    The Courtt hath Ordred that Nicholas Hackett pay unto Giles
  Butter one Thousand Two hundred and Seaven pounds of Tobacoe
  Debt and Cost of suite
  Nath Fryare Plat      Reift untill the Next Courtt: by
  Miheall Pouls Vandervort Defft Consent of the Flat

  George Alldridge Plat The Plat not grownding his Acction Right
  Petter Deny Deffendt the Defendt hath obtained a Non suit With
