the aforesd hh of Tobacoe as Administr to Wm Durand
Daniell Walker Ordred to pay Mr samuell Winslow three hundred
pounds of Tobacoe for the Use of Egbart Garrsson the sd Walker
being Egburtts Attorey & haueing effects in his hands

Capt Philemon Lloyd Petticon to this Courtt for Two Thousand
Eight hundred Seaventy flue pounds of Tobacoe Due from the Es
tate of William Durand deceased: the said Capt Loyd proueing his
debt: The Courtt hath Ordred that Capt Philemon Lloyd be paid
Two Thousand Eight hundred Seaventy flue pounds of Tobacoe out
