  John Radway Flat Refferance Ordred unto the Next Courtt held Liber BB
  Walter Rowle Defft for this County that the Deffendant May Bring
                his Accompts:

  Christopher Peeke Plt the Plant Not Appeareing by himselfe nor
    John Millor Defft by any Attorney therefore the Courtt hath
    Ralph Blackhall Ordred that the Deffendt haue a nonsute
    Attorney for Miller with Cost:


    John Griffwith Being Somoned to this Courtt to Giue an Ac
  compt of the estate of John Eliss deceased belonging to the Orphants
  of the sd Eliss: the said John Griffwith Promiseth to bring an Ac
  compt to the next Courtt held for this County with Security for
  the estate to be Deliuered to the Orphants when the shall come to
  Age to Receue it


    Henry Wilicokes Being Somoned to this Courtt to giue an Ac
  compt of the estate Belongin to the Orphants of William Lewis Late
  deceased the said Henry hath Promised the to Bring an Accompt of
  the said estate to the Courtt held for this County the third Tusday in
  November Next:


    Wheareas it was made Appere that Robert Smith sarvant to
  Edmond Webb forty two day from his Master the said Sarvant being
  Assigned to William Gary the Courtt hath Ordred that the Said
  Robert Smith Sarve the said Will Gary One yeare for his Runing
  away


    To the worshipll Comisscońs for this County of talbott the humble
  Petticon of Tho: Mawman
    sheweth that whereas an Order Passed agst yor Petticoń for halfe
  the Charg to the Keeping of a Child laid to him by Frances Smith
  and yor petticon hath taken Order for the Bringing up of the same
  till it Come to the age of one & twenty yeares Yor Petticon Craueth [p.—]
  an Order that he may take away the Said Child to desposse of
  accordingly from the Place where it is the Reffuesing to keepe it
  under Extraordnary Charge and yett Reffusing to part with it And
  yor Pet: shall pray

    The Courtt hath ordred that Tho: Mawman take the Child Laid
  to him by Frances Smith from Where it is to provide for it at his
  descrestion Provided that the Said Child be Carefully looked aifter
  a Christianlike Keept
