              tobacoe Due for teachinge his Children the Courtt hath Ordred that
              Arther Emry pay foure hundred Poüds of tobacoe unto Moses Stagi
              with Cost of Sute &c

                Thomas Games Accknowledges to pay unto Jno Edmundson Three
              Thousand Pounds of tobaco on the tenth day of October Next

                Toby Wells Declares that Tho: Parker is Indebted to him three
              hundred thirty three Pounds of Tobacoe as Amistor to the Estate of
              Henry Gott Toby Wells Proues his debt By a Note from under
              Hery Gotts hand the Courtt hath Ordred that Tho: Parker Make
              Present Payment unto Toby Wells of three hundred thirty three
              Pounds of Tobacoe with Cost of Suit &c

                ‘Whereas Jno Ingram Arested Wilt Dell to this Courtt the Said
              Ingram Not Appearing B himseife nor Attorney the Courtt bath
              Ordred that Wilt Dill haue a Non suite

                Wheareas Jno Railing Arested Hugh Duling to this Courtt and
              Not Appeareing the Courtt hath Ordred that Hugh dulling haue a
              Non Sute
