Liber BB Said White as By Reporte is Run away: yor Petticon Craue Order of No.2 this Worshipll Courtt for Attachmen upon the Said Denis Whites Estate for yor Petticońs Debt and yor Petticoń Shall Euer Pray: The Sheriffe haueing Retorned a writt Non Est Inuentus p Jno Hollinsworth against Denis White the Courtt hath ordered that Jńo Hollinsworth haue an Attachment for flue hundred Pounds of to bacoe According to his Bill With all Costs &c Mr William Hambleton Pettions to this Courtt for Nine hundred & fifty one Pounds of tobacoe Due By Bill from Denis White the Said being as By Reporte Run away And Upon the Retorne of a Non Este Inventus the Courtt hath Ordred that Mr Wm: Harnblton haue an Attachment Against the Estate of Denis White for Nine hundred fifty one Pounds of tobacoe with all Costs &c Capt Richard Lee is Ordred By the Courtt for to Pay unto Petter Hanson one thousand Nine hundred Pounds of tobacoe & Caske According to his Speciallty wth Costs of Sute &c [p. 166] To the Worshipll the Comisscons for Talbott County Courtt the humble Petticon of Jno Anderton of the County afore Said Gent Sheweth that whereas yor Petticoń haueing a Saruant By Name Anne Yorke who hath had one Child Base borne Begotten By Denis White A horsecourser of New England Now the Said White is Run away & hath Left the said Child to yor Petticoń & hath Not Giuen yor Petticoń Any Satisfaction for the keeping of the Said Child soe that yor Petticon is at Great Truble & Charge for the keeping of the Said Child Wherefore yor Petticoń doth humbly desier that yor worshipps would be pleased to take it Into yor More Serious Consideracon that yor Petticoń may haue Some Satisfaction Out of the Said Whites Estate which he hath In the County for the keeping of the Said Child & yor Petticoń Shall Ever Pray &c The Courtt hath Ordred that W John Anderton haue An Attach ment Against the Estat of Denis White for three thousand Pounds of tobacoe &c Toby Wells Petticon to this Courtt for foure hundred thirty three Pounds of tobacoe due from Will Lacie the Said Toby Wells By a Note from under the said Lacies hand: The Courtt hath ordred that Wm: Lacie Make Present Payment of foure hundred Thirty three Pounds of tobacoe unto Toby Wells with all Cost of Sute &c Mr Thomas Ringold Petticon to this Courtt for Thirteen hun dred thirty Seauen Pounds of tobacoe Due by Bill & Accompt from William Lacie the said Lacie Accknowledges his Bill & Mr Ringold |
