  of tobacoe and Caske due from the Estate of Hopkin Dauis deceased No. a
  for Surveyor & Clarkes fees the Courtt hath Ordred that Wm: Hems
  ley be paid foure hundred Pounds of tobacoe & Caske out of the
  Estate of Hopkin Dauis Deceased

    jn0 Whelor Petticons to this Courtt for three hundred Pounds of
  tobacoe & Caske Due from the Estate of Hopkin Dauis deceased:
  the widdow Accknowledges a Judgmt the Courtt hath ordred that
  Jno Whelor be paid three hundred pounds of tobacoe out of the
  estate of Hopkin Dauis Deceased

    Mr Steephen Tully brought his Saruants Jno Gregory & Jno barker
  to haue Judgmt of this Courtt for there tymes Jno Gregory is Judged
  to Sarven Seaven yeares & Jno Barker to seruen eight yearcs
    Steephen Tully brought his Saruant Anne Ranfield to haue Judgmt [p. ‘371
  of this Courtt for her time She is Judged to Sarue Seaven yeares
    William Charlton brought his Saruant Jno Roggers to haue
  Judgmt for his time the Courtt hath Judge him to Serue Nine yeares
  but his Master Wm: Chariton gaue one year of his time

    Mr Francis Pyne Petticon to this Courtt for flue and fifty two
  Pounds of tobacoe due from the Estate of Hopkin Dauis by Ac
  compt: the Said Pyne makes Oath to his Booke Therefore the Courtt
  hath Ordred that Mr Francis Pyne be Payd flue hundred & fifty two
  pounds of tobacoe out of the Estate of Hopkin Dauis Deceased

    Steephen Benson Petticons to this Courtt for one Thousand'
  Pounds of tobacoe for drinke & burying of Hopkin Dauis the de
  ceaseds Widdow thinking that to much: the Courtt hath ordred that
  Steephen Benson be paid foure hundred Pounds of tobacoe out of
  the Estate of Hopkin Dauis deceased

    Henry Wharton Petticons to this; Courtt for eight hundred Sixty
  eight Pounds of tobacoe due by bill from the Estate of Hopkin
  Dauis deceased the Courtt hath Ordred that Henry Wharton be
