The Courtt hath Ordred that the Clarke be paid two hundred forty
Nine Pounds of tobacoe & the Shiriff fifty pounds of tobacoe out
of the Estate of Richard Edge:

of this Courtt for his time he is Judged to Sarue Seaven yeares

of this Courtt for his time he is Judged to Sarue Seaven yeares

Ordred Mr Michell Taylor to be Payd foure hundred Pounds of
tobacoe Out of the Estate of James Edwards Deceased
Jno Clements Petticons to this Courtt for two Thousand Pounds
of tobacoe due from the Etstate of James Edwards by bill Isacke
Abrahams Adffiistor to the afore Said Estate Accknowledges a Judg
ment of the Said Clements his debt The Courtt hath Ordred that
Isack Abrahams Make Pâymt of two thousand Pounds of tobacoe
unto Jno Clements According to his bill
Mr Jno Antill haueing Attached of the Estate of John Hooper to
the vallue of foure hundred Pounds of tobacoe According to Order
of the Last Courtt with such fees as may bee due the Said Mr John
Antill Proues his bill of foure hundred & tenn Pounds of tobacoe the
Courtt hath Ordered that Mr Jno Antill be payd his debt of foure
hundred & ten Pounds of tobacoe outt of the Estat of Jno loopers
