                 Tho: Philipes Accknowledges Judgment to Thomas Hawkins for
               twelue hundred and fourty Six Pounds of tobacoe and Caske Due
               p bill the Courtt hath Ordred that Tho Philipes make Present Pay-
               men According to his bill with Cost of Sute &c


                 To the Worship11 Comisscońs of Talbott County the humble Pet
               ticon of Ri: Carter Robte Haile & Wm: Dunderdell
                 Sheweth that William Mulings was taken out the Crop from yor
               Petticońs Into the Publick Saruis to the loss of two thousand Pounds
               of Tobacoe the Said Mulings his Master in the Same Crop yoT Pet
               ticofl Craue Order that the said Muling his Pay May bee equaly
               Deuided Betwixt us:

                 The Courtt hath Ordred that What Pay was Allowed Wm Mul
               ings for his Cuntry Saruis Shalbe Pay unto Mt Rich: Carter for the
               Use of himselfe and the other Sharares

               for which he had an Order Against the estate of Wm: Snaggs Now
               yor Petticofl Craues of this Worshipll that the said Gard may Proue
               his Accompt by his Oath and yor Petticoń shall Pray

               Impanelled in this Sute

               Tobacoe which belonged to the estate of William Snaggs Deceased
               at Jno Michells Tobacoe house and further Saith Not

                 Saith that Mr Henry Hawkins Came to yor deponants house and
               demainded of yor depont what Tobacoe I had Strooke of Witi:
               Snaggs and yot depont Shewed him one hh of Tobacoe and the Said
