of three hundred and forty Pounds of Tobacoe unto Mr Tho: No. 2

William Sockell Craues Order of this Courtt for one hundre
pounds of tobacoe Due from Jno Morgan Deceased William Sockell
Makes Oath to his Accompt and is Ordred his Debt afore Said
Jno Edmundson Plat The Defft Not Appeareing \Vith the Concent
Witt Sheres Defft of the Plat the Courtt hath Ordred A reffar
ranc in Sute &c:
Jno Edmondson Attorny for Tho: Coopper AdmistoT to Tho:
Freeman Deceased Declares that Tho Vaugh is Indebted to the
Deceaseds estate the suth of Nine hundred and Seaventy Pounds of
Tobacoe Anthony Mayle Attorny to Tho: Vaughan Saith that the
said is Sicke and Craues a Refferance untill the Next Cott the Courtt
With the Concent of Jno Edmundson hath ordred a refferranc un
till the Next Courtt
Isack Abrahams Declares that Tho: Vaughan tooke a hh of tobb
of his from Bryon Omelys and Payd it unto Mr Henry Coursey
which waighed foure hundred and flinty Pounds Anthony Mayle
the Attony of Tho: Vaughan Craues a refferranc to the next Courtt
and Ingages that In Case the said Vauglia Appeares not to pay the
liti of tobacoe him self e the Courtt hath Ordred this sute untill the
next Courtt to be Refferd
Francis Armstrong Declares that Jno Attkins is indebted to him
the suth of fourteen hundred & forty nine Pounds of tobacoc by bill
Jno Edmundson Attkins Attorny Craues a reffarance untill the next
Courtt and saith if Attkins Apeare not he will pay the Debt to
francis Armstrong On Jno Edmundson Ingagemt a refferance is
Ordred &c

out there Concent butt soe it was by Allicklyhood was maid Drunke
and was Drowned Soe that yor Petticoń is Damnifled to the vallue
of three thousand Pounds of Tobacoe: The Primisses Considered
