  of this Courtt for his time he is Judged to serue thirteen yeares No.2
    Mr Jn° Wells brought his Sarvant Tho: Taylor to haue Judgmt
  of this Courtt for Runinge away thirty flue days he Judged to Serue
  for euery day ten according to Law
    Tho: Martin brought his saruat George Seton to haue Judgmt
  of this Courtt for his time he is Judged to serue Six years
    Jn° Shephard Came to this Courtt and Accknowledged himselfe
  to Sarue Mr Tho: Hynson foure yeares

  Capt Philemon Lloyd Plat The Plant Declares that the Deift is
  Walter Dickenson Deift j Indebted unto him one thousand foure
  hundred and thirty Six Pounds of Tobacoe and Caske the Plat Makes
  his debt Appeare by a bill from under the Deffts hand The Courtt
  hath Ordred that the Deift Walter Dickenson Make Present Payment
  of one thousand foure hundred thirty and Six pounds of Tobacoe
  and Caske unto Capt Philemon Lloyd &c

  Henry Hawkins PlatiThe Plat Declares that Whereas the Deift
  Wm: Gard Deift J Wm: Gard the Last Courtt Courtt had an
  Order against the estate of Wm: Snaggs Deceased for three hun
  dred and fifty Pounds of tobacoe that the deift may be ordred to
  pduce his accompt the Deift Concents to which as Followeth:
