               of Anthony Griffin deceased for three hundred & eight two pounds of
               Tobacoe due by Accompt the said Vaughan makes Oath to his Ac
               compt & obtaine Ordr of this Courtt for his aboue said Debt:

               ticoń Craues Order of this Worshipll Courtt for his debt and he
               shall ener pray:

                Mr Ri: Tilghrnan Informes this Courtt that Jo: Morgan deceased
               Nominated the fore said debt in his will to be paid unto Jn° Barnes
               Therefore the Courtt hath Ordred that Rich: Tilghman be paid
               Twelue hundred pounds of Tobacoe out of the estate of John
               Morgan deceased &c:

                Sheweth that Sometime in march Last was twelue munth yot pet
               ticoń Receued of Jno Morgain three hh of Tobacoe and Sent a
               Sloope for the same hhs left there Butt there was butt two a short-
               time Aifter yor petticon did meete with the said Jno: Morgain at
               Michell Carmans and he tould yor pettcoń that one of the three hhs
               he paid yor petticoń was by mistake for it was Docter Tilghmans
               hh and he all soe tould yor petticoń he would pay him another hh
               in the Rome of itt: Butt yor petticoń neuer had any pay as yett &
               all for a warrant for one hundred Acres of Land the Said Jn° Morgan
               bough of yor petticoń yor petticoń Craues Order of this Worshpll
               Courtt for his hh of Tobacoe & warrant for one hundred Acres of
               Land and yor petticoń shall euer Pray

                Mr Tho: Hynson makes Oath to his accompt, the Courtt hath
               Ordred that Mr Tho: Hynson be paid one hh of Tobacoe and a
               warrt for one hundred acres of Land
