         Liber BB The Court Arriseing haue Appoynted the next Court, to bee held
              att the house of Edward Lloyd Esqr In Wye River, upon the Third
              Tusday in January next 1663/

                Roger Gross of Ann Arrundall County Gent: Commenceth Suite
              against Christopher Staupher Deft In an action of Debt to the vallew
              of Seven hundred and seventy pounds of Tobacco and Caske/ The
              Plant Craues warrant and it is Granted &c

                Rober Martin senor Commenceth Suite against Heney Clay deft
              in an action of the Case: the Plainff Craues wart & it is granted &c

                This Court arrising hath appoynted the next Court to bee held
              att the houe of mr Ric: Wollmans on the 15th of March 1663

         A Court held for Talbott County att the house of Mr Richard
              Woollman on the 15th of March Anno 1663

                To the Worshipfull Comissioners of Talbott County the Humble
              Pettion of Thomas South
                Shewith That Anthony Griffin is indebted to your Pettioners the
              summ of Three hundred ninety six pounds of Tobacco and Cask, and
              hath Refussed the Payment thereof this Two years the Premisses
              Considered your Pettioner humbly Craueth Order for present pay
              ment of the said debt with the Court Charge and your Pettioner Shall
              Ever Pray

                Whareas Mr Thomas South hath due by Bill from Anthony Griffin
              the summ of Three hundred Ninety six pounds of Tobacco and
              Cask/ The Court hath Granted an Order for Present paymt to bee
              made to the said mr Thomas South with Court Charges.

                              In an action of debt Craues war is granted
