     The plant not makeing his Bargaine appeare the Courtt bath
    ordred a non sute agst the Plant

     The Court Ariseing hath Appointed the next Courtt to be held at
    the house of Mr Tho: South the 25th day of May next 1663

                the 25th day of May 1663

     To the Worshipll Comissc, for Talbot County the humble petti
    con of Rich: Tilghman: Sheweth that whereas John Madbury of
    the same County Plant, did agree with yor petticoń on the 25th day of
    NovemW Last to liue with him and to be his ouerseeare & to take the
    Charge of his hands & buld for him as by Articles of Agreemt from
    under Boath theire hands it may more plainely Appeare the which he
    did pforme untill the 25th day of March last & then went away and left
    yor petticoń & his hands Nor hath yett Retorned notwithstanding he
    hath been diuers times somoned to pforme his Couenants to the
    greate damage and lose of yor petticoń euen to the ouerthrow of his
    Cropp for want of houseing & his worke in the ground and derection
    of his hands whoe being new & knows not how to pform theire
    duty yor peticoń therefore humbly prayeth that the said John Mad
    bery may be compeled to make good the said losses and damages sus
    tained by his Absence and Likewise Compeled to pforme the re
    mainder of his agreement with Cost of sute &c
